#IAmJoyFULL Instagram Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
Share the things in your life and your insta feed that bring you joy to be in with a chance of winning some goodies from The Unicorn Factory!
To enter you must:
- Be following @unicornfactoryuk on Instagram at the time of the draw
- PLUS
- Tag your Instagram post with #IAmJoyFULL
- OR/AND
- Tag your Instagram story with #IAmJoyFULL and @unicornfactoryuk
If you want me to repost your Instagram post in my stories make sure you mention @unicornfactoryuk in the post caption (not a condition of prize draw entry)
Prize draw is open internationally. Each post or story counts as an entry for that week AND an entry to a final prize draw in early November 2020. You can enter up to seven times in any week (Thurs-Weds).
The prize draws are not in any way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Instagram.
Details of the prize to be won each week will be posted on @unicornfactoryuk instagram grid.
The entries for each week’s giveaway run from 00:01 BST Thursday to 23:59 BST the following Wednesday. The entry dates for the weekly prize draws are 30/07/20-05/08/20, 06/08/20-12/08/20, 13/08/20-19/08/20, 20/08/20-26/08/20.
All entries to the weekly draw up to and including 04/11/20 will be included in a final prize draws. The prize for the final prize draw will be announced on @unicornfactoryuk Instagram post before the final draw takes place.
By using the #IAmJoyFULL hashtag along with tagging @unicornfactoryuk you are giving Helen Clamp consent to share your content in hrtinstagram posts and/or stories. Any content I do share will always be clearly credited.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner of each week will be contacted within 7 days of the entry closing. The winner will be tagged in an Instagram post and/or story AND notified via DM on Instagram. It is the winner’s responsibility to reply to the message with their address within 7 days of being notified so the prize can be fulfilled.
Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of the winner confirming their address and @unicornfactoryuk (Helen Clamp) is not responsible for prizes once they are shipped. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
JoyFULL newsletter giveaway – Terms & Conditions
Prize draw is open internationally. Each newsletter recipient can enter by filling in the form that is linked to from the weekly JoyFULL newsletter. One entry via the form per newsletter subscriber per draw.
There will be a chance to claim extra entries by sharing instagram posts about the giveaway in your instagram stories – making sure you tag/mention @unicornfactoryuk. To be eligible for these extra entries you must have included your instagram handle on your entry form. The posts you can share for extra entries will have ‘JoyFULL updates (month) giveaway’ in the image and with more details in the post caption. I will also link to these posts from the JoyFULL updates emails.
Any details provided within this form will be used only for the purpose of contacting and announcing the winner. The winner may be announced in any of the following locations: Instagram post, Instagram story, Facebook post and/or JoyFULL newsletter. This will be either via their Instagram handle (if they have provided one) or by their first name and location.
All entrant data will be destroyed three months after the closing date in compliance with GDPR and ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) processes.
Details of each week’s prize will be included in the JoyFULL email newsletter during the period the prize draw is open.

The winner of each week will be drawn at random within 7 days and notified by email. The winner must be subscribed to JoyFULL at the time of the draw. If the winner is not subscribed to JoyFULL at the time of the draw their entry is void and another winner will be drawn. If the winner doesn’t respond within 7 days of being notified by email another winner will be drawn.
It is the winner’s responsibility to reply to the email with their address within 7 days so the prize can be fulfilled. Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of the winner confirming their address and The Unicorn Factory (Helen Clamp) is not responsible for prizes once they are shipped.
